Regular monitoring of kidney function through blood tests like creatinine and glomerular filtration rate (GFR), along with urine tests, is essential for early detection of kidney and urinary system disorders. Treatment varies depending on the condition but may involve lifestyle changes, medications, or surgical interventions like lithotripsy for kidney stones or dialysis for kidney failure. Maintaining good hydration, a healthy diet, and regular checkups are key to promoting kidney and urinary health.
